Who I am

I am a photographer based in Ventura, California, whose work centers on environmentalism and the conservation of natural landscapes and oceans. Inspired by the beauty of the natural world, my photography seeks to document and preserve fleeting environments. I have studied art at Ventura College and plans to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Photography, with the goal of contributing to conservation efforts through my artistic practice.

Artist Statement

My work explores the complex relationship between humans and the natural environment. Through photography, I aim to raise awareness about the ongoing degradation of the natural world and hope to inspire a deeper sense of responsibility toward conservation efforts. Inspired by the beauty of untouched landscapes as well as the visible impacts of human intervention, my process involves seeking out locations where these two forces collide. By documenting sites where nature and human activity intersect, I hope to challenge viewers to reflect on their role in environmental preservation. Ultimately, by connecting personal experience with broader ecological concerns, my practice serves as both an act of advocacy and a call to action.
